Why did the CRA even bother sending out income tax return packages to everyone? They full well knew that a new budget was going to be released and changes to personal taxes inevitable. Now they have to waste our tax moneys (which they are collecting with this whole elaborate effort) reprinting and mailing revised forms to everyone. Net impact? Less tax dollars for the spending pleasure of the G of C.
